Dr. Eriona Cela is a distinguished academic and expert in European integration and negotiation, renowned for her contributions to education and public administration in Albania and beyond. Holding prominent positions within multiple institutions, she serves as a key figure at the Academy of European Integration and Negotiations (AIEN), the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), and the Business Academy College. Dr. Cela's expertise is further recognized through her active involvement in various roles related to European Union policies and enlargement strategies. As a Jean Monnet Chair holder at the Institute of European Studies, University of Tirana, Dr. Cela has spearheaded significant projects such as the European Integration School 2023's eighth edition. Her work frequently appears in prestigious publications, including the European Journal of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, the European Journal of Contemporary Education, and the International Journal of Balkan Studies. She is also an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM), an IGI Journal. She has also been engaged with the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Vytautas Magnus University, and the Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro, Dipartimento di Studi Umanistici, where she has furthered research and collaboration on a European scale. Dr. Cela's commitment to educational leadership is demonstrated through her involvement with Shkolla e Drejtorëve (CSL) and the AADF, where she focuses on developing future leaders and administrators. In recognition of her ongoing contributions to education and public administration, Dr. Cela has received numerous accolades and is frequently invited as a keynote speaker at various academic and policy-making webinars. Her work continues to influence the strategic development of education systems in Albania and serves as a benchmark for integrating European educational standards and practices in the region.
Vasileios Paliktzoglou , an academic and industry professional, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland. He is an active contributor to academia, serving as a guest and associate editor for prestigious journals like the Journal of Information Systems Education (JISE) and IAFOR Journal of Education. He has been a keynote speaker at several academic and industry events, sharing his insights on social computing, collaborative learning, and emerging technologies in higher education. Dr. Paliktzoglou also actively participates in international research projects, highlighting his commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation as the Book Series Editor for the “Emerging Technologies in Education” at Vernon Press and “AI and Education” at STAR Scholars Press. His expertise continues to shape the academic and research landscape at Bahrain Polytechnic.
Sandeep Singh Sengar is a Senior Lecturer and Head of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence at Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He also holds the position of Cluster Leader for Computer Vision/Image Processing and British Computer Society representative at this place. Before joining this position, he worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Machine Learning Section of the Computer Science Department, at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Computer Vision at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, India, and an M. Tech. degree from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India. He is also a Fellow of UK Higher Education Academy, a Senior Member of IEEE, and a Professional Member of ACM. Dr. Sengar’s broader research interests include Machine/Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Image/Video Processing, and its applications. He has published several research articles in reputable international journals and conferences. He is an Editorial Board Member, Guest Editor, and Reviewer at reputable International Journals. He is a reviewer of research grants at EPSRC and Cardiff Met. He is a Board of Studies Member at Universal AI University, Mumbai, India. He is on the Ph.D. examiner panel of many reputable universities like the University of South Wales Cardiff, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar, NIT Jalandhar, Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow, Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology Gorakhpur, etc. He has also served as an Organizing Chair, Distinguished Guest, Publicity Chair, Publication & Technical Chair, and Committee Member (Steering, International Advisory, Scientific, and Technical Program) at International Conferences. In addition to these, he has also given many expert talks at different organizations and International Conferences across the globe.
Philip Eappen is an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Management at Cape Breton University. He is also a Director of Clinical Services and Transition to Community at the Breton Ability Center. With over a decade of experience in hospitals and healthcare management operations across different continents, Dr. Eappen is a seasoned professional. Before joining Cape Breton University, he taught at the University of Toronto, the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and Fanshawe College. He previously worked as a director of health services and chief administrator of healthcare operations at the American University of Nigeria. Additionally, he has taught as an adjunct faculty member at the American University and several other universities and colleges for many years. Dr. Eappen holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management, and a Bachelor of Nursing. He also has a post-graduate certificate in international health from Central Michigan University and several other certifications from reputed universities worldwide. Dr. Eappen's field of research interest is healthcare innovations, especially healthcare informatics. He has authored numerous publications, including journal articles, book chapters, and books.
Narasimha Rao Vajjhala currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at the University of New York Tirana in Albania. He previously held the position of Chair for the Computer Science and Software Engineering programs at the American University of Nigeria. Dr. Vajjhala is a senior member of both the ACM and IEEE. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Risk and Contingency Management (IJRCM) and a member of the Risk Management Society (RIMS) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). With over 23 years of experience, Dr. Vajjhala has taught programming and database-related courses across Europe and Africa at both graduate and undergraduate levels. He has also worked as a consultant for technology firms in Europe and participated in EU-funded projects. Dr. Vajjhala holds a Doctorate in Information Systems and Technology from the United States, a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applications from India, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Information Systems from Switzerland.
