Ordering and Accessing IGI Global Scientific Publishing Publications and Products

All of our publications are available in print and electronic format, as well as available through the IGI Global Scientific Publishing aggregated e-Book and e-Journal Collections for individual and institutional access.

How to Order

IGI Global Scientific Publishing provides various options for ordering publications and products, including:

Ordering Through Our Online Bookstore

You can place your order electronically at any time directly through the IGI Global Scientific Publishing website. Simply select the format of the publication you wish to purchase, and click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be taken directly to your shopping cart where you can select the appropriate quantity of the publication, and then click “Check Out Now” when you are ready to pay. Not done shopping? Click “Continue Shopping” to go back to the main website. Return to your shopping cart by clicking “Shopping Cart” in the upper right corner of the screen when you are ready to check out.

Ordering by Telephone

To place your order by telephone, call our customer service representatives at 1-717-533-8845 x100 or 1-866-342-6657 (toll free in the U.S.) between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you any time during these hours, except on major U.S. holidays. Have your credit card ready when you call!

Ordering by Email, Fax, or Mail

You can email your order any time to our customer service representatives at cust@igi-global.com, fax your order to 1-717-533-7115, or mail your order to IGI Global Scientific Publishing, 701 E. Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033-1240, USA.

Ordering Through Online Retail Stores and Distribution Partners

Books: IGI Global Scientific Publishing books are available for purchase through many popular online retail bookstores, such as Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com, and major book distributors listed on our Distribution Partners Page.

Journals: IGI Global Scientific Publishing journals can be purchased through any of our preferred journal subscription agencies. Visit our Journal Subscription Agencies page to view a complete list.

How to Access Purchased Electronic Content

Once you have placed an order for electronic content, you will receive an electronic access email from IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Find the access and downloading instructions below.

Individual Access Instructions

In the electronic access email, click on the "Access Content" button, and login to the IGI Global Scientific Publishing InfoSci platform.

If you already have an IGI Global Scientific Publishing account, simply enter the email address the content was purchased under and your password to login. If you do not have an IGI Global Scientific Publishing account:

  • Click the "Create Individual Account" link at the bottom of the login page.
  • Enter the email address the content was purchased under.
  • Click "Create Account" and you will receive an email containing instructions for completing your account.

Institution Access Instructions

In the electronic access email, click on the "Access Content" button.

If you have an IGI Global Scientific Publishing account, login utilizing your credentials. If you do not have an IGI Global Scientific Publishing account:

  • Click on "Register Now."
  • Follow the simple step-by-step instructions to create an IGI Global Scientific Publishing account.
  • Fill out the IGI Global Scientific Publishing Electronic License Agreement Form and submit it to our Customer Service Team.
  • Once the Electronic License Agreement Form is sent to IGI Global Scientific Publishing and we have confirmed your information, an IGI Global Scientific Publishing representative will contact you with information on how to access your purchased content and set it up in your institution's system.


Important Note: Online perpetual access is intended for institutions and corporate users. If you are an individual, please email cust@igi-global.com to set up single user e-access.
