Editor/Author Biographies
Darcia Roache is from Jamaica and currently lives in Canada. She is an educator, researcher, and author and is renowned for her exceptional contributions to academia and leadership in education. With a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), her expertise encompasses a broad range of subjects. Her extensive published works span transformational, educational and mid-career leadership, organizational development, wellbeing in higher education, autonomy and empowerment, microaggression in education, educational leaders' and teachers' perspectives of success' motivation, and more. Dr. Roache authored two edited books on Transformational Leaders Styles, Management Strategies, and Communication for Global Leaders and Transformational Leadership Styles for Global Leaders: Management and Communication Strategies. She is an Adjunct at University Canada West, University of the Fraser Valley, Capilano University in Canada, and University of the People in America. Dr. Roache is a member of the Finance and Operations’ Committee at British Educational Research Association (BERA), London. Canadian Society for the Study of Education (CSSE), and Canadian Associate for the Study of Educational Administration (CASEA). She has a strong belief and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, knowing that he guides, prepares, and orders her steps. Hence, she trusts him for my entire life’s journey.
