Editor/Author Biographies
Inna Paiva, PhD, is an Associate Professor in Accounting at the Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL) and Vice-Dean of Iscte Business School, Portugal. She also is Integrated Researcher in Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL), Lisbon, Portugal. Her research interests include the ESG, sustainability, family business, business strategies, entrepreneurship and regional development. She has published her research in book chapters and in journals such as the Sustainability Accounting Management and Policy Journal, Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies, Journal of Accounting and Organizational Change, Journal of Cleaner Production, the Review of Accounting and Finance, among others. She also serves as an associate editor and an editorial board member for several journals.

Luísa Carvalho has a PhD in Management from the University of Évora – Portugal. Professor of Management on Department of Economics and Management, Institute Polytecnic of Setubal, Portugal. Guest professor in international universities teaches in courses of master and PhDs programs. Researcher at CEFAGE (Center for Advanced Studies in Management and Economics) University of Evora, Portugal. Author of several publications in national and international journals, books, and book chapters.
